LAFAYETTE, La., Feb. 18, 2014 / PRNewswire / – Lafayette, Lousiana based Precision Heliparts – Louisiana (PHP-LA) has announced that it has doubled the size of its facility to 10,000 square feet. This expansion comes just 18 months since PHP-LA’s parent company Precision Aviation Group (PAG) announced it had opened the new facility.
The expansion of the Lafayette facility increases the global footprint of PAG companies to nearly 200,000 square feet. “PHP-LA was opened to better support our rotary-wing customers in the Gulf Region, but we have been successful in the fixed-wing market as well,” said PAG President and CEO, David Mast. “Our growth strategy focuses on making investments in sales and service facilities close to where our customers are located. The success of the PHP-LA facility validates how important it is to maintain this focus as we continue to grow.”
