Dear Airport Users,
As you may have read, heard or otherwise been informed of, the City has been working on the design of a construction project to improve the runway safety area of Runway 21L/3R to meet applicable regulations and standards. This project completed design in October and was advertised for construction bids at the end of October.
With construction anticipated to start in the middle of January, I wanted to take the opportunity to invite you to attend one of the public presentations on the project that the airport is providing for the users. A total of 6 briefing presentations have been scheduled and will be held at the Airport Administration Building , 6546 Crystal Ln. , in the upstairs conference room. The meetings are scheduled as follows:
Tuesday November 15th, Prescott Airport Users Association Meeting, 7 PM
Wednesday November 16th, Public presentation, 3PM
Friday November 18th, Public presentation, 3 PM
Monday November 21st, Public presentation, 3 PM
Tuesday November 29th, Public presentation, 10 AM
Thursday December 1st, Public presentation, 3:30 PM
